Online Returns

We may be unable to accept returns if an item has been worn, washed, damaged, marked, or returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold.
Return Postage
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Oni Ramp cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during their return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Pop-up Shop Purchases
Returns for items purchased at Oni Ramp pop-up events may be handled differently from online purchases.
